Meet Bree, Owner of Archifête Event Planning & Design. With over a decade of experience in the wedding and events industry, Bree brings creativity, passion, and an innate eye for detail to each event she plans. Her background includes full-service event planning for Fortune 500 companies and associations, along with extensive experience in catering and venue sales which has led to an invaluable wealth of industry knowledge.
She started her events career in Chicago in 2012 before moving to Minneapolis at the end of 2018 to work for D’Amico Hospitality as a Senior Event Planner. However, her passion for events began long before this. When she was about 8, she held a funeral for an unhatched Robin’s egg she found in her family's front flower pot. But, not just any funeral - a themed one. She invited the neighbor kids over and asked her mom to purchase light blue Gatorade (to match the color of the Robin’s egg) and gummy worms (duh) so they could send off their little friend in style. Looking back, this was a defining moment for her and one that solidified she was meant to be an Event Planner.
A little more about Bree - she's an Aquarius, INFJ, Enneagram 6, huge animal lover (see bird funeral) and has been a vegetarian since the age of 3. Her Mom was an Interior Designer turned Flight Attendant and her Dad an Entrepreneur which is where she gets her creativity and ambition. She and her husband, Matt, got married on July 1, 2023 and their wedding song was “Brighter Than Sunshine” by Aqualung. In a sharp 180 from that cute fact, her favorite thing to watch is murder documentaries and long before design decks and veil fluffing, she was one of the school news anchors in High School where she greeted students on Thursday mornings with, “Coming to you live from Studio 1A, this is Eagan AM”.

Bree is the best of the best. And I promise i’m not just saying that - I don’t know if there is any better way to describe her. She was the first vendor I hired. She helped me design the wedding of my dreams in the year+ leading up to my wedding day, and on the big day she made everything come together so seamlessly - even better thad I had imagined.
Looking back on my wedding day, I honestly wish I had more time on my wedding day to be with Bree and witness her work her magic. But there was no reason for me to be there. We were completely in sync and I was confident in Bree’s ability to execute the day and design perfectly. And she absolutely did that (and then some) with grace. And I got to spend the day blissfully focused on my husband, family and friends, knowing that whatever surprises popped up, Bree had it handled.
She is so fun, down to earth, straightforward, and understanding, and everything else you want from the person you will spend many months with planning your special day.
I truly cannot recommend Bree enough. I hope that whoever is reading this review reaches out ASAP to book Bree before everyone realizes how incredible she is and Archifete becomes one of those impossible-to-book vendors with a years-long waitlist (but it might already be too late).

Bree is truly top of the line in her field. I genuinely believe she is one of the best out there. From the very beginning, I explained my vision and instantly felt so comfortable with her ideas; it’s rare for me as a Type A personality, but I knew every design she created or new idea she suggested would be incredible.
She recommended amazing vendors, crafted the most perfect vision board that completely nailed the look and feel I dreamed of, and responded to every email with lightning speed. She constantly shared fun, creative ideas that always felt classy and straight out of a magazine.
When it all came to life on the wedding day, I was completely wowed, especially during the final room reveal!! There was one particular design element I was obsessed with that seemed nearly impossible due to a fabric shortage. But somehow, Bree made it happen. She just gets it and knows how to make things happen which is important in the wedding business with brides who have very high expectations!
